Welcome to the Killester Garden Village website
This website has been developed to inform the Residents of Killester Garden Village of issues relating to the area.
The Association covers Abbeyfield, Middle Third, The Demesne and parts of the Howth Road, and has been set up in accordance with the guiding rules of The National Body For Residents Associations (ACRA).
Legion Hall Planning Application - Update
As you are aware, a Planning Application submitted to Dublin City Council's Planning Department for development of the Legion Hall in October 2009 was appealed to An Bord Pleanála, who decided to refuse permission on 10th June 2010.
A new Planning Application was made on 27th October 2010 - ref 3841/10.
The last date for Observations was 30th November 2010.
Your Residents' Association submitted an Objection to this development.
The DCC Planning Department sought further information from the applicants on 17th December 2010 and a final decision is awaited.
